Terms of Service

By deploying or using the Safe-Collect Engine, you agree to the following terms of the Software Dark Factory.

1. Agentic License

We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the Safe-Collect API for autonomous or human-led financial operations. The Software Dark Factory reserves the right to terminate access if malicious usage is detected.

2. Fees & Commissions

Safe-Collect operates on a commission-based model. A service fee (standard 5%) is applied to each successful transaction. This fee is non-refundable once the payment is settled via Stripe.

3. Liability

The Software Dark Factory provides this software "as is". While our SHARE architecture optimizes for 100% security, we are not liable for external network failures or merchant account issues on the Stripe platform.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds for processed transactions must be handled via the Stripe Dashboard. Safe-Collect service fees are refundable only for unexecuted missions within a 30-day period.
